Arizona Cities To Challenge SB 1070
The City Councils of Tucson and Flagstaff, Arizona have voted to bring legal actions in an effort to strike down the new Arizona immigration statute. This will bring the total number of lawsuits seeking to overturn SB 1070 to five. (Arizona Immigration Law: 2 Cities to Sue State, The Arizona Republic, May 4, 2010).
